Weekly gross revenue is spots x your weekly rate, summed across the four
age bands. Annual gross is weekly gross x your weeks of care, so unpaid
closure weeks come out of the total instead of hiding in it. Monthly figures are the
annual figures divided by 12, which averages your closed weeks across the year the way
a bank statement would. Expenses total your monthly entries, and net is
gross minus expenses, before taxes; taxes depend on your situation and this
page does not estimate them.
Net per filled spot divides monthly net by your total spots, so you can see what each enrollment actually carries. The one-more-spot line multiplies your own band rates by your own weeks of care: it is your arithmetic, not a projection, and it ignores the extra food and supply cost a new child brings.
